The presented price offer is informative and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code. "We are redeeming a tourist voucher."

Important information

The hotel day starts at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12.00 p.m. on the day of departure. If possible, after prior arrangement, the room can be made available earlier or released later free of charge. We issue VAT invoices. The price includes breakfast in the form of a Swedish buffet. Child up to 5 years old in the room with parents free of charge. Baby travel cot PLN 100 for the entire stay (prior reservation required). We do not accept animals. Free, monitored parking on the property. The payment for the Guest's stay is charged on the day of arrival at the Villa. Payments can be made in cash, by card or by bank transfer.

Information about the GDPR

Villa Ramzes makes every effort to ensure that the data of guests are processed with the highest security standards in accordance with the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016) (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

1. The administrator of your personal data is Villa Ramzes ul. Dworska 4a, 80-511 Gdańsk.

The purpose of the processing is: - handling of submitted inquiries - pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR - consent of the data subject; - booking a guest room - pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR - consent of the data subject; - performance of the accommodation service contract - pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR; - ensuring the safety of people and property in the Villa through the use of video monitoring - pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR; - ensuring the safety of people and property in the Villa by identifying all people staying in a room hotel - pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR;

3. Personal data will be stored: - regarding submitted inquiries - for a period of 30 days;

- regarding booking - for a period of 24 months from the date of booking;

- regarding the performance of a hotel service contract - for a period of 5 years from the end of the year in which the hotel stay took place;

- in video monitoring systems - for 30 days.

4. The recipients of personal data may be: - external accounting office; - provider of the hotel services booking platform; - entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions;

5. You have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, the right to transfer data - it applies to the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or the implementation of the accommodation service contract, and to the extent to which consent has been given - they also have You have the right to delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time;

6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;

7. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in: - refusal to provide a hotel service - in the case of data processed in order to conclude an accommodation service contract; - refusal to book - in the case of booking a room;
